Full-scale modernization of heating networks

Veolia Energy, which operates Tashkent's heating networks under a concession agreement. The agreement provides for the maintenance and operation of the local networks, subject to a complete modernization of the infrastructure.
As part of the modernization project, LD supplied over 19,000 specialized LD Energy ball valves for the maintenance and operation of the local heat networks. Key requirements were warranty, insurance, a wide product range, fast delivery times and on-site technical support.
Each of Veolia's requirements has been met in the after-sales service to date:
- The DN 500 valve damaged during installation was returned to Chelyabinsk for repair under warranty.
- Features of the LD Energy series - the extended shaft came in handy when applying insulation, and the ball made of austenitic stainless steel - when working with the chemical composition of the working medium of heating networks.
- At the beginning of the installation-operation work, LD provided technical support, including installation supervision.
